Hosted my child's birthday here and it was fantastic! Sooo many songs to choose from, full volume control of room and mics. Super clean, and fantastic food! Service/Staff were top notch. Such a great time. We will definitely be back!

Fully enjoyed our experience here! Clean and tasteful rooms, an attentive hostess and a great selection of songs! Our party of 10 had a blast. Prices are quite decent and the room sizes are lovely. Will definitely visit again. The only hiccup was finding the door (located beside the dollarama). The interface of the touch screen was all in Chinese but the hostess kindly walked us through how to use it.

Absolute favourite place for karaoke. System is easy to use and has ALL of my favourite songs and artists. The setting of the establishment is very clean, organized and decorated with 3 themed rooms with private washrooms. Staff is always smiling and ready to help. Promotions and happy hour available with a wide variety of food and drink, can't wait to return again with more friends!

Great experience and service! Reserved a medium room with a few friends, who had never been to a karaoke lounge before. Booked online which was quick and easy. The staff greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly. They gave clear instructions on how to use the system and the microphones had disposable covers which was greatly appreciated and hygienic. If you want great time I highly recommend this place for karaoke!

So we looked online to find a nice karaoke place and found this place had recently opened so we gave it a shot with the plan to be there for 3 hours with 3 of us so we called and reserved a small room for us.Upon arriving at the plaza, the place has no sign up that we could find. Had to call to find out it was a small door wedged between the darts place and dollarama. Heading inside and downstairs, we found ourselves in a nice-looking lounge. Greeted by a nice host. Found out then that they were full on all the small rooms. So they gave us a free upgrade to a medium room. They left us in the room, but we found the software was all in Chinese. We struggled with the software for about 25 minutes trying to figure it out while one of us waited at the host station for someone to come back. The manager showed up eventually and gave us a tutorial through the software even though it could not change the language. Found the song selection for English songs was lacking. The search functionality was poor. The screen itself was hard to navigate as the touch screen was not sensitive, and all the shown buttons don't always work.Overall, it was okay. Wish we had been given a tutorial when we first arrived as opposed to 30 minutes after we started struggling. Would be much better if you could read Chinese.Maybe they are just going through startup pains. But the software really needs updating for a larger crowd

The door is hard to spot between the darts place and Dollarama. But once inside, everything was very clean and professional looking.The staff were all friendly but were unable to answer all of our questions and weren't always easy to find/ available.The manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable.The karaoke system was difficult to use even after careful instructions from the manager; the touch screen didn't always register my finger taps and very little was labeled in English. Though they do have a wide song selection, far less than half of them are English songs.Overall, it's great if you go to sing Chinese songs, but not quite set up yet for English singing. Though, I am hopeful that this will change since this is a new place and they havent fully set up yet. I would consider going back after the staff become more trained and the song selection becomes more varied.
